Developer Notes
Dev Time:May 2012 (1 Week)
Fav Scrapped Mechanic:Bullet Deflections
Made in one week as a final project. It utilizes a timing-based aiming system, which helps simplify the controls down to three buttons per player. Many features were modified or scrapped over the course of its quick development process.
This game was my first foray into the world of competitive games. It takes time to balance these types of games, particularly if they are very simple, a lesson I learned here. I spent nearly the entire time iterating on the main mechanic and playtesting it with my colleagues. The overly serious introduction and title screen were thrown together at the last minute, which may explain the clutter of the game's interface.
